If you’ve been to SpringHill any time in the last two years, the likelihood is you’ve met Taylor. If you have, then you know who I’m talking about. And if I could have a hundred more guys just like him on my team, I probably would… which is why, when someone recently asked him why he came to work at SpringHill, my ears perked up.

“You can share the Gospel,” he said a friend had told him, “and there’s also a skate park.”

Apparently, it was the perfect storm: two of the things he loves most in one place.

And I’m convinced it’s been great for Taylor, and great for SpringHill. And I’m also convinced it’s the best summer job you could have. Here’s why:
